A. A person may not manufacture, freeze, sell, offer or expose for sale, or have in his possession with the intent to sell any milk product, frozen dessert ingredients, frozen dessert mix which is adulterated or misbranded or which does not conform to the product definition or of any regulation made and promulgated under these regulations.
B. Any adulterated or misbranded milk product, frozen dessert ingredients, frozen dessert, or frozen dessert mix may be detained by the Secretary and disposed of in accordance with Health-General Article, §§21-253 and 21-254, Annotated Code of Maryland.
