Sec. 10.15.05.22. Quality of Milk Products Used in Frozen Desserts

Latest version.

All milk products used in frozen desserts shall be derived from Grade A milk or milk products as defined in COMAR 10.15.06.02 or manufactured grade milk or milk products as defined in COMAR 10.15.09.02.
