A private or public entity may request a hearing on an action taken by the Department pursuant to Regulation .07 of this chapter as allowed by:

A. COMAR 10.01.03;

B. State Government Article, Title 10, Subtitle 2, Annotated Code of Maryland; and

C. Health-General Article, Title 2, Subtitle 2, Annotated Code of Maryland.
