Sec. 10.15.11.09. Unit Processing Operations — Control, Monitoring, and Record Keeping

The person-in-charge shall ensure that:
A. A processing operation that involves the source, transport, storage, treatment, or bottling of drinking water is controlled to prevent a hazard; and
B. A record is made that:
(1) Documents the type and quantity of finished product water produced;
(2) Identifies the initial distribution of the finished product water to facilitate, when necessary, the segregation of specific finished product water that may be adulterated or otherwise unfit for human consumption;
(3) Is maintained for at least 2 years after the control, observation, or monitoring is done; and
(4) Is available for inspection by the Department.
