This chapter establishes the manner and method by which the Commission may conduct an unannounced inspection of the premises, records, and equipment of a licensee and related entities in order to evaluate and verify a licensees compliance with State Government Article, Title 9, Subtitle 1A, Annotated Code of Maryland, and the regulations promulgated by the Commission for the Video Lottery Terminal Program.
