Sec. 36.02.06.03. Official Winning Numbers

Latest version.

A. The Agency is the only source for the official winning numbers for a lottery game.

B. For a drawing, the only official winning numbers shall be the numbers randomly selected by the Agency or, for a multi-jurisdictional game, by the procedure set out in that games rules.

C. The Agency shall issue a statement of the winning number or numbers as soon as practicable after each drawing.
