Sec. 35.03.01.02. Burden of Proof in Establishing Eligibility

A. The burden of proof in establishing eligibility for burial in a State veterans' cemetery is on the veteran, the veteran's next of kin or legal representative, or the executor or administrator of the veteran's estate.

B. Representatives of the Department shall render assistance in establishing eligibility.
