Sec. 34.04.02.04. Eligible Borrowers

A. The following are eligible borrowers under the Program:

(1) Nonprofit organizations;

(2) Local jurisdictions;

(3) Business entities; and

(4) Individuals.

B. Nonprofit organizations and business entities shall be in good standing, qualified to do business in Maryland, and shall have the legal capacity and all necessary legal authority to incur the obligations involved in the loans provided under the Program.
