Sec. 33.14.03.03. Political Committees

For purposes of the expenditure limitation imposed by the Act, the State Board shall attribute to a candidate any expenditure by a political committee that is coordinated with:

A. The candidate;

B. An agent of the candidate; or

C. An authorized committee of the candidate.
