Sec. 33.14.02.08. Determination of Eligibility

The State Board shall determine whether a candidate is eligible to receive a public contribution as follows:

A. For a primary election, not later than 5 days after receiving the candidate's initial request for public contribution; and

B. For a general election, not later than 5 days after the State Board identifies the candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor.
