Sec. 33.13.22.07. Prohibitions

A. Commingling of Funds. A political committee may not commingle the funds of a campaign account and the account established under Regulation .02 of this chapter.

B. Prohibited Activities. The political committee may not expend any funds received in accordance with Election Law Article, §13-233(b), Annotated Code of Maryland, for any reason other than the payment of legal expenses associated with maintenance or contest of the election result.
