Sec. 33.03.02.03. Applications — General

A. Qualification of Applicant. To obtain a voter registration list under this chapter, an applicant must be a Maryland registered voter.
B. Application Form. The application shall be made in writing, in the form required by the State Administrator.
C. Options. The application form shall provide a listing of:
(1) Medium options available, for example, printout, labels, tape;
(2) Information options available, for example, name, address, party affiliation, sex, date of birth, voting history;
(3) The sorting options available, for example, by name, date of birth, date of registration; and
(4) The scope of options available by:
(a) Area, for example, full county, less than full county, legislative district, congressional district, municipality; and
(b) Voters, for example, all, one party only, female voters only, inactive.
