Sec. 31.03.18.16. Waiver of the Continuing Education Requirement

A. Subject to §B of this regulation, the continuing education requirements may be waived for a licensed insurance producer who:

(1) Submits a written request for a waiver; and

(2) Is determined by the Commissioner, in the Commissioners discretion, to warrant a waiver.

B. A waiver request shall be accompanied by supporting documentation.
