Sec. 27.01.03.05. Industrial and Port-Related Water-Dependent Facilities

New, expanded, or redeveloped water-dependent industrial or port-related facilities and the replacement of these facilities may be located only in those portions of intensely developed areas designated as a modified buffer area in accordance with COMAR 27.01.09.01-8 and are subject to the requirements set forth in Regulation .03A of this chapter.
