Sec. 26.20.22.04. Public Notice of Changes to Blasting Schedules

A. Before blasting in areas or at times not in a previous schedule, the permittee shall publish and distribute a revised blasting schedule, at least 10 days but not more than 30 days before blasting. Information on requesting a pre-blast survey need not be repeated in a change notice.

B. If there is a substantial pattern of non-adherence to the published blasting schedule as evidenced by the absence of blasting during a scheduled period, the Bureau may require that the permittee submit to the Bureau and republish a revised blasting schedule.
