Sec. 26.03.12.10. Permit Expiration and Extensions

A. Permits expire 3 years after the date of issuance, unless an extension is granted by the Department.
B. The permit holder may apply to the Department for a 1-year extension of the permit expiration date. The nonrefundable fee for applying for the extension is $50.
C. The granting of a permit extension is in the discretion of the Department.
