Sec. 26.03.06.04. Applicant Eligibility

An applicant is eligible to apply for financial assistance for one or more projects if the following conditions are fulfilled:

A. The applicant shall be a county or an incorporated municipality in Maryland;

B. The applicant shall submit evidence which demonstrates that the project will:

(1) Provide pollutant reduction benefits for the stormwater which it handles;

(2) Handle stormwater generated primarily from existing residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional use.
