Sec. 20.53.03.02. Pre-Enrollment Information

A. On request of a supplier, a utility shall provide the following applicable customer information:

(1) Account name;

(2) Billing address;

(3) Service address;

(4) Utility account number and any other number designated by the utility as necessary to process an enrollment;

(5) Bill cycle;

(6) Voltage level;

(7) Utility rate class or code;

(8) Load profile;

(9) Meter number;

(10) Meter type;

(11) Multiple meter indicator;

(12) Peak load contribution;

(13) Metered demand;

(14) Billed demand;

(15) Monthly historical demand for the previous 12 months;

(16) Monthly historical consumption for the previous 12 months;

(17) Monthly time-of-use data for the previous 12 months; and

(18) Interval meter data for the previous 12 months.

B. A utility shall provide the information in §A of this regulation to a supplier through an electronic transaction process approved by the Commission.
