A. A public service company engaged in the transportation of passengers by motor vehicle proposing any tariff revision or change of rate shall notify its customers and patrons of the proposed tariff revision or change of rate by use of a form of notice as follows:
NOTICE OF PROPOSED TARIFF CHANGE ___________________________(Name of Company) has filed with the Public Service Commission of Maryland a proposal to (Here describe proposal) Further details will be supplied upon request to the Company or to the Commission. Any comment regarding this proposal should be submitted, in writing, to the Public Service Commission of Maryland, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, within twenty (20) days after the date of this notice. ______________ ____________________ (Date) (Name of Company) B. The Commission reserves the right to require that the procedure outlined above be applied in any instance of proposed tariff revision or change or any proposed change of rules, regulations, or practices of any public service company.
