Sec. 19a.06.03.01. Compliance with Procedural Requirements for Certified Blind Trusts

For a trust to receive and retain certification as a certified blind trust in accordance with this subtitle, the trust shall be presented for certification in accordance with the procedures set forth in Regulations .02-----.06 of this chapter. Interested parties and the trustee shall comply with the continuing monitoring and compliance requirements of this chapter.
