In accordance with the authority of the Secretary to promulgate regulations to regulate the receiving, weighing, measuring, sampling, and testing of milk or other fluid dairy products when the results are to be used as a basis for payment to the producer of the products as contained in Title 11 of the Agriculture Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, these regulations are adopted as regulations of the Department of Agriculture.
