Sec. 14.39.02.20. Change in School Status

  • A. An LEA shall report to the IAC changes in:

    (1) A school name; and

    (2) Use of a school when the school will be used for educational purposes other than as a school or when a school will be left vacant, as provided in Regulations .21 and .22 of this chapter.

    B. The LEA shall request State approval to:

    (1) Grant easements or rights-of-way on school property;

    (2) Lease a portion of a school, as provided in Regulations .21 and .22 of this chapter; and

    (3) Transfer a school site or a school building when the school is no longer needed for school purposes, as provided in Regulation .23 of this chapter.
