An occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, or audiologist holding a current and valid license issued by the State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice, the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, or the State Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists in accordance with the relevant provisions of Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, shall be considered professionally certificated.
