Sec. 12.02.21.03. Eligibility

A. An inmate and the inmates intended spouse shall comply with minimum requirements established by State and local statute and regulation concerning eligibility to marry.

B. An inmate may not marry:

(1) An employee; or

(2) Another inmate.

C. An inmate shall be mentally competent according to State law.
