If a license or registration holder fails to notify the Board of a change of name or address within the time required in Regulations .06B and .07B of this chapter, subject to the hearing provisions of Health Occupations Article, §6309 , Annotated Code of Maryland, the Board may impose an administrative penalty of $100.
