Sec. 10.62.30.09. Disposal of Green Waste

Latest version.

A licensee may either ship any medical cannabis that is surplus or out of date or that is waste from processing or repackaging:

A. To a licensed grower for disposal; or

B. Dispose of such material in accordance with the licensees approved waste disposal plan.
