Chapter 10.62.20. Medical Cannabis Processor Agent |
Sec. 10.62.20.07. Processor Agent Training

A. The licensee shall train all registered processor agents on:
(1) Federal and State medical cannabis laws and regulations and other laws and regulations pertinent to the processor agents responsibilities;
(2) Standard operating procedures;
(3) Detection and prevention of diversion of medical cannabis;
(4) Security procedures; and
(5) Safety procedures, including responding to;
(a) A medical emergency;
(b) A fire;
(c) A chemical spill; and
(d) A threatening event such as:
(i) An armed robbery;
(ii) An invasion;
(iii) A burglary; or
(iv) Any other criminal incident.
B. The licensee shall retain training materials and attendance records and make the training materials available for inspection by the Commission.
