Sec. 10.62.17.02. Report of Serious Adverse Event to Commission and Interested Parties

In the event a complaint associated with a serious adverse event is received, a licensee, or certifying provider, shall promptly report the complaint to:

A. The Commission;

B. Either the licensed grower from which the medical cannabis originated, or the licensed processor from which the medical cannabis concentrate originated; and

C. The certifying provider caring for the qualifying patient.
