This chapter specifies the eligibility policies and procedures and the benefits available under the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC Program or Program) operated by the Maryland Department of Health, with funding substantially provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) under the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, §17, as amended.
