Sec. 10.51.05.14. Subcontractors

A licensee shall:

A. Maintain a list of all subcontractors to which forensic analyses are referred;

B. Be responsible for the subcontractor’s forensic analysis or examination;

C. Ensure that forensic analysis results from the subcontractor are written or in a secured electronic form;

D. Ensure that if alternative methods are used, the customer is notified before performing the examination or analysis;

E. Establish and use appropriate review procedures to ensure the integrity of:

(1) Outsourced samples; and

(2) Data received from the subcontractor; and

F. Establish and use appropriate review procedures to verify compliance with applicable State regulations.
