Sec. 10.46.01.06. Authority to Practice

It is unlawful for an individual who has a revoked, suspended, electively nonrenewed, or expired license status for any reason to:

A. Practice occupational therapy in the State; or

B. Use licensing credentials as specified in Regulation .07 of this chapter.
