Sec. 10.44.10.01. Expiration Date of Licenses

Latest version.

A. A general license to practice dentistry and a general license to practice dental hygiene shall expire on June 30 of the second year following the effective date of the license.

B. A limited license to practice dentistry shall expire 1 year from its effective date and must be reapplied for.

C. A teacher's license to practice dentistry and a teacher's license to practice dental hygiene shall expire in the same manner as the general license, or when the licensee ceases teaching at the institution named on the license.
