Sec. 10.36.02.09. Modifications of CE Requirements

A. The Board may approve modifications of the CE requirements.

B. To request modifications of the CE requirements, a psychologist or psychology associate shall:

(1) Make a written request;

(2) Provide evidence of a disability or inability to access activities; and

(3) Specify acceptable procedures for completion and documentation of the required hours within the reporting period.
