A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
B. Terms Defined.
(1) "Board" means the State Board of Pharmacy.
(2) "Licensure examinations" means the Board-administered or Board-approved examinations required of applicants for licensure which include the following:
(a) Exam I:
(i) Part I: NAPLEX, and
(ii) Part II: Pharmacy Law Test;
(b) Exam II:
(i) Prescreening Test of Oral English Competency, or
(ii) Test of Oral English Competency.
