Sec. 10.32.22.08. Public Notice of Failure to File a Report and Disposition

A. The notice of failure to file a report and any final disposition under this chapter are public documents.

B. The notice of failure to file a report and any final disposition shall redact:

(1) The name of a patient and any other patient-identifying information; and

(2) Records of a health care providers or a naturopathic doctors physical, mental, or emotional condition, except to the extent necessary to identify the deficient practice or condition that caused an entity to make a change as defined in Regulation .02 of this chapter.
