A. The Board may require an applicant for licensure or a licensee to submit to one or more physical, mental, or other examinations, by a physician or evaluation program for treatment of impaired respiratory care practitioners, or both, chosen by the Board to determine the applicant's ability to practice respiratory care.
B. The applicant or licensee shall pay the costs of the evaluations required in §A of this regulation.
