Sec. 10.25.05.05. Summary Studies, Reports, and Compilations

A. The Commission, in cooperation with the Maryland Insurance Administration, will develop and publish summary studies, reports, and other compilations based on the data carriers provide in the survey reports submitted under these regulations.

B. Summary studies, reports, or other compilations which the Commission, the Maryland Insurance Administration, or their staffs develop from the data that carriers provide in the survey reports submitted under these regulations shall be public information provided that, consistent with all other laws, public disclosure is made only in such a way that an individual carrier, employee, or employer is not identified.
