Sec. 10.25.05.03. Extension of Time

A. A carrier may request an extension of time for submission of the survey report.

B. The carrier shall:

(1) Submit the request to the Executive Director of the Commission not later than 15 days before the survey report is due;

(2) Explain the reason for the extension request; and

(3) Propose a reasonable date certain for submission of the survey report.

C. For good cause shown, the Executive Director shall grant a reasonable request for extension.

D. A carrier may file a written petition for review of a denial of an extension of time.

E. The Commission shall review the decision of the Executive Director. The Commission may affirm, reverse, or modify the decision of the Executive Director after providing the carrier with an opportunity to present the carrier's position to the Commission.
