Sec. 10.25.02.02. Method of User Fee Assessment

A. The Commission annually shall identify the health care practitioners to be assessed a user fee.

B. Based on the Commission budget, the Commission shall establish a fee schedule which sets forth the fee that each health care practitioner shall pay as part of the renewal fee required to be paid to an affected licensing board.

C. The formula the Commission shall use to calculate the fee set forth in the fee schedule is 16 percent of the total assessed fees per fiscal year divided by the number of health care practitioners identified pursuant to §A of this regulation.

D. The Commission shall provide the affected licensing boards with the fee schedule within sufficient time for the user fee to be included in the license renewal billing cycle.
