Sec. 10.16.04.06. Severability

If any provision of these regulations or the application of it to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity may not affect other provisions or applications of these regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and to this end the provisions of these regulations are declared to be severable.
