Sec. 10.15.11.13. Unit Processing Operations — Bottling Drinking Water

The person-in-charge shall ensure that:
A. Finished product water meets the water quality standards set forth in Regulation .06 of this chapter;
B. Containers used in bottling are:
(1) Made of food-grade materials;
(2) Clean and sanitary when filled with finished product water; and
(3) Properly sealed to prevent the contamination of the water after bottling;
C. Caps and closures are:
(1) Made of food-grade materials;
(2) Clean and sanitary when used; and
(3) Properly sealed onto containers to prevent the contamination of the water after bottling;
D. Water is bottled in a room that meets the standards set forth in Regulation .07E of this chapter; and
E. During bottling, access into the bottling room is limited to persons needed for the bottling process.
