Sec. 10.14.02.20. Appeal Procedures

A. A provider filing an appeal of the Departments decision to terminate the providers agreement with the Program shall do so according to State Government Article, Title 10, Subtitle 2, Annotated Code of Maryland.

B. A provider shall file an appeal within 30 days of receipt of written notice of termination.
