Sec. 10.11.03.15. Billing Procedures for Medically Necessary Dental Services

A. A dentist shall comply with all procedures listed in Regulation .13 of this chapter.

B. The CMS Program shall:

(1) Cover approved diagnostic, restorative, and preventive treatment as described in the CMP; and

(2) Preauthorize estimates of costs.
