Sec. 10.09.84.03. Requirements for Provider Licensing or Certification

The following health professionals providing services under this chapter shall be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which services are rendered:

A. Physicians;

B. Registered nurses;

C. Licensed practical nurses;

D. Certified medication technicians;

E. Certified nursing assistants;

F. Occupational therapists;

G. Physical therapists;

H. Speech pathologists;

I. Nutritionists; and

J. Dietitians.
