Sec. 10.08.01.05. Priority of Eligible Projects

The Department shall determine the priority of applicants for State grant funds under the Loan Act of 1990 and subsequent similar Acts after consideration of:

A. All eligible applications;

B. The availability of unallocated State funds at the time an application is received; and

C. Priorities established by the Department.
