Sec. 09.10.05.13. Changes in Ownership in Permittee

A. A permittee or a purchaser of an interest in the permittee shall notify the Commission of a change in the ownership, or a change in the composition of the ownership, of the permittee within 24 hours of the change.

B. After reviewing the change, the Commission shall make a determination to continue or revoke the permit based on the criteria used in issuing a permit.
