Sec. 09.10.04.20. Calculation of Time

A. Except as provided in §B of this regulation, when the last day for performing an act falls on a scheduled dark day, the act may be done on the following scheduled racing day.

B. When the last day for performing an act relating to a particular race falls on a scheduled dark day, and the next scheduled racing day is the day of the race, the act shall be done on or before the previous scheduled racing day.
