Sec. 09.10.04.05. Fines and Suspensions

Latest version.

A. All fines shall be paid to the Commission within 48 hours after imposition unless:

(1) An appeal to the Commission has been noted; and

(2) The Commission has granted a stay.

B. If a licensee fails to pay the fine in a timely manner in violation of §A of this regulation, upon proper notification, the licensee shall be immediately suspended, and the suspension shall remain in effect until the fine is paid in full.
