Sec. 09.10.01.19. Fines and Suspensions

A. No racing official other than the stewards has the right to impose a fine or suspension after a hearing before the stewards.

B. A racing official imposing a fine or suspension shall report it promptly to the racing secretary in writing.

C. An unpaid fine may not be rescinded except with the approval of the Commission.
