Sec. 09.10.01.03. Commission Sovereignty

A. A decision or ruling required by these regulations to be made by an entity that is not subject to the authority of the State is subject to review by the Commission.

B. If the Commission does not concur with a decision of an entity under §A of this regulation, the decision of the Commission controls.
